3-Ingredient Gelatin Trick

  • 2 cups water or 100% fruit juice
  • Natural sweetener (honey, agave syrup, or stevia)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: 2 cups of water or juice, 2 tablespoons of gelatin, and your sweetener of choice.
  2. In a small pot, heat 1 cup of water or juice over low heat. Stir in the gelatin until fully dissolved.
  3. Mix in your natural sweetener to taste.
  4. Off the heat, stir in the remaining cup of cold water or juice.
  5. Transfer the mixture into molds or a shallow dish.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Cut into squares or pop out of molds to enjoy chilled.
