  2. Bloom the gelatin: sprinkle gelatin over cold fruit juice and let sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the mixture: gently heat an additional 1/2 cup of juice until warm (2-3 minutes).
  4. Combine: stir bloomed gelatin into warm juice until dissolved (1-2 minutes).
  5. Add sweetener: mix in sweetener to taste and ensure it is fully dissolved (1 minute).
  6. Pour and set: pour into molds, let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
