Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

Homemade apple cider vinegar gummies that provide the benefits of ACV in a convenient, chewable form.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of gelatin
  • 1/4 cup of cold water
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of sweetener (sugar, honey, or stevia)
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar (ACV)
  • Optional vitamins (B12, B6)

Instructions

  1. Bloom the gelatin or hydrate the pectin. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm the liquid base. Heat water with sweetener in a saucepan until warm.
  3. Combine with ACV. Stir in apple cider vinegar and adjust sweetness.
  4. Add the bloomed gelatin. Whisk until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour into molds and chill for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
  6. Cut, coat in sugar substitute if desired, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Customize gummies with flavor options and sweeteners. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
