Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: baking soda, water, and optional lemon juice.

  3. In a glass, add the baking soda to the water.
  4. Mix until the baking soda fully dissolves and you notice some fizzing.
  5. Add lemon juice for flavor if desired.
  6. Stir again, taste, and adjust the lemon juice to your preference.
  7. Consume immediately for the best effects.
