  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Choose a mix of bones and vegetables.
  2. Prep the Vegetables: Chop carrots, celery, and onions into large chunks.
  3. Add Ingredients to Pot: Place the bones, vegetables, herbs, and apple cider vinegar in a large pot or slow cooker.
  4. Cover with Water: Fill the pot with enough water to cover the ingredients by a couple of inches.
  5. Simmer: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 12-24 hours, skimming off foam occasionally.
  6. Strain the Broth: Use a fine strainer to remove solids, leaving a clear liquid.
  7. Store or Serve: Allow to cool slightly before storing, or enjoy warm.
