  • 1–2 packets of flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups of water (1 cup warm, 1 cup cold)
  • Flavoring (e.g., fruit juice, extracts)
  • Sweetener (optional, e.g., honey, agave)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: gelatin, water, and any flavorings.
  2. In a small pot, heat 1 cup of water until warm (not boiling). Add gelatin and stir vigorously.
  3. Stir for 2–3 minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  4. Add 1 cup of cold water and stir to cool the mixture.
  5. Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
  6. Once set, enjoy as a snack or meal supplement!

Notes

Consume about 30 minutes before meals to reduce portion sizes and control cravings.
