  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt or Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (mint or thyme, optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Measure 1 cup of water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and optional ingredients like lemon juice and herbs.
  2. Heat the water in a small pot or microwave-safe cup until warm, about 1-2 minutes (do not boil).
  3. Stir in the salt until fully dissolved, taste to adjust salinity.
  4. If using, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and stir to mix.
  5. Incorporate fresh herbs for aroma; let steep for a few minutes.
  6. Enjoy your drink warm or let it cool for a refreshing experience.
  7. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheat before consuming.

Notes
