A delicious and low-calorie gelatin dessert designed to support weight loss, combining sweet fruit flavors with metabolism-boosting ingredients.

  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1 cup fruit juice (e.g., lemon or berry)
  • Honey or agave syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon green tea extract
  • Fresh fruit pieces (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: gelatin, fruit juice, sweetener, and optional fruit.
  2. In a saucepan, add 1 cup of water and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin over it. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Slowly heat the saucepan over low heat, stirring until the gelatin fully dissolves (about 2 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of fruit juice and the desired amount of honey or agave syrup.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon of green tea extract and stir well.
  6. Carefully pour the liquid into molds or a dish, adding fruit pieces if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours until completely set.
