Canaan Honey Drink

A soothing honey-based beverage that supports weight loss and wellness, simple to make with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 8 ounces warm water (about 120–140°F / 49–60°C)
  • Optional: brewed green or black tea
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger or a pinch of cinnamon
  • Optional: a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Warm the water in the microwave or on the stove until about 120–140°F (49–60°C).
  2. Pour warm water into a mug and add raw honey. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice and stir to combine. Adjust lemon to taste.
  4. If using tea, steep the tea bag in warm water for 1–2 minutes, then add honey and lemon.
  5. Optionally stir in grated ginger or cinnamon for added flavor, then taste and adjust sweetness or lemon to preference.
  6. Let the drink cool slightly, then enjoy warm or chilled.

Notes

Adjust ingredients based on personal taste preferences. For a low-calorie version, reduce honey or use a non-caloric sweetener.
