Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

Delicious dessert bars combining creamy cheesecake, spiced apples, and decadent caramel drizzled on top. Perfect for any occasion!

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Store-bought caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir in melted butter and press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned. Cool.
  3. Toss diced apples with sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  4. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  5. Pour cheesecake mixture over crust, then layer apples on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set.
  6. Cool completely, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Slice into bars and enjoy!

Notes

These bars can be served warm or cold. Pair with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat!
