Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls

Delicious chicken alfredo served in warm bread bowls, combining creamy sauce and tender chicken for a family-friendly meal.

  • 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large bread bowls
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and minced garlic. Cook until simmering.
  2. Lower the heat and stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
  3. Mix in shredded chicken until well coated.
  4. Cut circular tops off bread bowls and hollow out the insides.
  5. Ladle the creamy chicken mixture into each bread bowl until filled.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the filled bowls for 10-15 minutes until golden.
  7. Garnish with extra Parmesan or parsley and serve warm.

Notes

You can substitute the chicken for vegetables or use pasta for a vegetarian option.
