Classic Chicken Pot Pie Pasta

A comforting pasta dish that brings the flavors of classic chicken pot pie into a creamy, delicious meal.

  • 12 oz pasta (like rotini or penne), boiled to al dente
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, and corn)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large skillet, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and milk over medium heat, stirring until smooth (3-5 minutes).
  4. Add frozen mixed vegetables and shredded chicken to the sauce; cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Gradually add the cooked pasta to the skillet, folding until well-coated.
  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; taste and adjust as needed.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
