Coffee Jello Shots

A fun and creative twist on enjoying coffee, these jello shots are both delicious and beneficial for weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • Sweetener (like honey, sugar, or stevia) to taste

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 cup of strong coffee.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the brewed coffee until steaming and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
  4. Add your preferred sweetener to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into small cups or molds.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
