The Ultimate Cookies and Cream Cookie Recipe

A deliciously indulgent treat combining rich chocolate and creamy vanilla flavors with crunchy bits of cookies and cream.

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition, then add the vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt before gradually adding it to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie, and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
