Cracked Garlic Steak Tortellini in Creamhouse Sauce Bliss

A comforting and delectable dish featuring tender steak and tortellini in a rich cream sauce, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

  • 8 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 1 pound steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the tortellini according to package instructions until they float. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper and sear for about 4-5 minutes until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer. Add grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until melted and smooth.
  5. Return cooked steak and tortellini to the skillet and gently fold them into the cream sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
