  • 1 lb sliced beef (such as sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 cup cheese (Provolone or Cheddar)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (red and green)
  • 4 low-carb wraps (like almond flour tortillas)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté sliced onions and bell peppers until softened and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Season sliced beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add seasoned beef to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until browned.
  4. Lay a low-carb wrap flat, spoon beef and veggie mixture on one end, and add a slice of cheese. Roll tightly.
  5. Place rolls in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or air fry at 370°F (185°C) for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Let cool slightly, slice diagonally, and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. For the best texture, reheat in the oven or air fryer.
