Delicious Pizza Roll-Ups

A family-friendly twist on traditional pizza, these roll-ups are easy to customize and perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 batch of pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup of pizza sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a small border.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by your chosen toppings and Italian seasoning.
  5. Starting at one end, carefully roll the dough up into a log.
  6. Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them in the air fryer or on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes or bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.

Notes

Customize with your favorite toppings. For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the seasoning.
