  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Natural sweeteners (like stevia or honey) to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Heat the water in a medium saucepan until just boiling and remove from heat.
  3. Sprinkle the gelatin into the hot water while stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
  4. Add lemon juice and sweetener to taste while the mixture is still warm.
  5. Pour the mixture into a glass or bowl and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
  6. Once set, stir again before serving and enjoy your drink.
