Dr. Oz Gelatin

A simple and refreshing gelatin dessert that helps support weight loss and boosts metabolism.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet gelatin powder (no added sugars)
  • 2 cups water (1 cup cold, 1 cup hot)
  • Sweetener of choice (honey, stevia, or agave syrup)
  • Flavorings (fruit juices, extracts, or pureed fruits)
  • Chopped fruits (optional, for added flavor)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
  2. In a bowl, sprinkle gelatin powder over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. In a saucepan, heat hot water until steaming, then pour it into the gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved.
  4. Add your choice of sweetener and flavorings, stirring well to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a container and allow it to cool for 10–15 minutes before refrigerating.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. The gelatin should be firm and springy.
  7. Once set, remove it from the molds and enjoy your Dr. Oz Gelatin.

Notes

Experiment with different flavors and adjust sweetness to your preference. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
