Dr. Oz Manuka Honey Lemon Wellness Drink

A simple warm tonic made with Manuka honey, fresh lemon juice, and warm water, promoting hydration and digestion.

Ingredients

  • Fresh lemon juice – 1 to 2 tablespoons
  • Manuka honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Warm water – about 8 oz (240 ml)
  • Optional: thin slice of ginger
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Warm about 8 ounces of water to 120–130°F (49–54°C); it should feel pleasantly warm but not scalding.
  2. Squeeze 1 to 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice into your cup and remove any seeds.
  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of Manuka honey until fully dissolved.
  4. If using, add grated fresh ginger or a pinch of cinnamon and let it steep for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Taste and adjust with more lemon or honey if needed, then serve immediately.

Notes

Rinse the cup right away to avoid sticky residue from honey. Make fresh for the best taste.
