Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: unflavored gelatin, fruit juice, water, and sweetener if desired.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat fruit juice in a saucepan until warm, but not boiling.
  4. Remove from heat, add bloomed gelatin, and stir until completely dissolved.
  5. Add sweetener if desired, and mix well.
  6. Pour mixture into molds or cups and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm.
