Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Roast or boil chicken breasts until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. Shred or chop the chicken once cool.
  2. Chop the Vegetables: Dice the dill pickles and celery into small, even pieces.
  3. Make the Dressing: In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and chopped dill, stirring until smooth.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add chicken, pickles, and celery to the bowl and gently fold until coated.
  5. Season to Taste: Add salt and pepper, mixing well. Taste and adjust as needed.
