Flavored Jello Salad

A fruity, gelatinous delight that’s nutritious and perfect for weight loss. This vibrant dessert combines flavored gelatin with chopped fruits for a refreshing treat any time of the year.

Ingredients

  • 1 package flavored gelatin powder (choose your favorite flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 12 cups chopped fruits (strawberries, peaches, or bananas)
  • Optional: cream cheese or whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, pour in the flavored gelatin powder and add 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved (2-3 minutes).
  2. Stir in 1 cup of cold water to cool the mixture.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped fruits.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  5. Once set, slice into portions and serve chilled.
  6. Optional: Top with a dollop of whipped topping before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed as a mid-afternoon snack or dessert. Can be prepped a day ahead and stored in the fridge lightly covered.
