  • 1 packet gelatin (or vegan substitute like agar-agar)
  • 1 cup water
  • Sweetener (honey or agave, optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: Assemble your fruit juice, gelatin, sweetener, and water.
  2. Dissolve gelatin: Combine 1 cup of water and 1 packet of gelatin over low heat until fully dissolved (2-3 minutes).
  3. Mix juice and sweetener: In a bowl, combine 3 cups of fruit juice with sweeteners if desired; adjust sweetness as needed.
  4. Combine mixtures: Slowly pour the dissolved gelatin into the fruit juice mixture while stirring continuously.
  5. Pour into molds: Pour the mixture into molds or a glass dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve: Release from molds, slice into cubes, and enjoy chilled. Optional: add fresh fruit or mint on top.

Notes

Keep portion sizes reasonable, typically one serving is about 1 cup per day.
