Gelatin Burn Trick Drink

A refreshing and effective weight loss drink made primarily from gelatin, water, and flavor enhancers to support appetite suppression and metabolism.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet (about 2 tablespoons) unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 12 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or stevia (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: unflavored gelatin, water, lemon juice, and any optional sweeteners or vinegar.
  2. In a small pot, bring two cups of water to a simmer.
  3. Gradually sprinkle the unflavored gelatin into the hot water, stirring continually to dissolve completely.
  4. Once the gelatin is fully dissolved, mix in the lemon juice and any sweeteners or vinegar.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool slightly before transferring it to a glass or jar.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  7. Give it a good stir and drink it chilled. Enjoy!

Notes
