Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: gelatine powder, fruit juice, sweetener (if desired), and water.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of water until steaming.
  3. Gradually sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder into warm water, whisking constantly to dissolve.
  4. Add 1 cup of fruit juice and any sweeteners, mixing until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a dish, leaving space at the top.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours until firm.
  7. If using a dish, cut into cubes and store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Notes

For a low-calorie version, use unsweetened coconut water. Experiment with flavors such as ginger or cinnamon.
