Gelatin Mounjaro

A simple homemade gelatin-based remedy to support weight loss by promoting satiety and stabilizing blood sugar between meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons plain gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or 1 to 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • Low-calorie sweetener or honey to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bloom the gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl and let sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Heat water: Bring hot water to a gentle simmer and remove from heat.
  3. Pour hot water over bloomed gelatin and stir for 30 to 60 seconds until dissolved.
  4. Add flavor and sweetener: Stir in lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and adjust sweetener to taste.
  5. Combine and cool: Let mixture cool for 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature.
  6. Pour into molds or a shallow dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Portion and serve: Cut into cubes or unmold and serve chilled.
