  • 2 cups fruit juice (e.g. orange, berry)

  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: gelatin powder, fruit juice, sweetener, and water.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of cold water and 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium-low heat while gently stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved (do not boil).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups of your favorite fruit juice and sweetener to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a glass dish, then let it cool slightly before refrigerating.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours until fully set.
  7. Once set, remove from molds or cut into cubes and enjoy!
