Sauce with Gelatin

A versatile sauce that enhances flavor and supports weight loss with a unique, velvety texture.

  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin
  • 1 cup Broth (chicken, beef, or vegetable)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • Herbs (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of your chosen broth over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of gelatin with 2 tablespoons of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Once the broth is simmering, add the bloomed gelatin to the saucepan, stirring gently until fully dissolved.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and minced garlic to the mixture, stirring continuously. Allow the sauce to simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season your sauce with your favorite herbs to taste, stirring for an additional minute to infuse the flavors.
  6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool slightly. Serve warm or store for later use.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Reheat gently before serving.
