  • 1/2 cup cold juice
  • 1 1/2 cups warm juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Measure out fruit juice or puree, gelatin powder, and sweeteners.
  2. Mix gelatin with cold liquid: Sprinkle gelatin powder over 1/2 cup of cold juice and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Heat the juice: Gently heat remaining juice until warm (about 2–3 minutes).
  4. Combine: Stir swollen gelatin into warm juice until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).
  5. Sweeten to taste: Add sweetener and mix well, adjusting as necessary.
  6. Pour into molds: Pour mixture into molds or glass dish without overfilling.
  7. Chill: Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.

Notes

Ensure gelatin blooms properly for best results. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
