Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Gather everything you need, including a saucepan and molds. Choose your favorite fruit juice for flavor.
  2. Mix gelatin and juice: In a small bowl, combine your fruit juice and gelatin powder. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it blooms and thickens.
  3. Heat it all up: Pour the bloomed mixture into a saucepan and heat over low heat. Stir gently until the gelatin fully dissolves, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sweeten to taste: If you like it sweeter, now is the time to add honey or another sweetener. Stir until well combined.
  5. Mold the mixture: Pour the mixture into your desired molds. Let them cool briefly before transferring to the refrigerator. Allow 2-4 hours to fully set.
