Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: 1 cup of your choice of liquid, 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin powder, and any optional sweeteners.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the liquid until steaming (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder into the warm liquid while whisking continuously to prevent clumping.
  4. If you’re adding a sweetener, mix it in until thoroughly dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or container and let it cool to room temperature (about 10-15 minutes).
  6. Transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  7. Once set, cut or scoop out your gelatin treat and enjoy!
