  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup 100% fruit juice (such as orange or berry)
  • Sweetener (optional, like honey or low-calorie sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering all necessary items.
  2. Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over 1/4 cup of cold water and allowing it to sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the fruit juice in a small saucepan over low to medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  4. Remove juice from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour into a mold or glass, let cool for 10–15 minutes, then refrigerate until set (approximately 2 hours).
  6. Once set, cut into cubes or serve in bowls. Enjoy!

Notes

Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Substitute fruit juice with herbal tea for a lower sugar variant.
