Gelatin Weight Loss Recipe

A simple and delicious way to shed pounds with a low-calorie gelatin dessert that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 cup water or natural fruit juice
  • Sweetener (Stevia or Honey)
  • Fresh or blended fruits (Optional)
  • Splash of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Bring water or fruit juice to a gentle boil in a saucepan.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in bloomed gelatin until thoroughly dissolved.
  4. Add sweetener and lemon juice, stirring well.
  5. If using, blend fruit into a puree and mix into the gelatin solution.
  6. Pour into molds or a shallow dish, let cool, then refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
  7. Once set, cut into shapes or scoop out and enjoy.
