Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Ensure your gelatin is unflavored and choose your preferred juice or water.
  2. In a small bowl, combine one cup of cold water or juice with the gelatin powder. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, gently heat an additional cup of water or juice until warm (2-3 minutes).
  4. Remove the warm liquid from heat and mix in the bloomed gelatin. Stir until dissolved and smooth (2-3 minutes).
  5. If using, add honey or agave syrup and stir until fully incorporated.
  6. Gently fold in any fresh fruit desired.
  7. Pour the mixture into molds or a dish and refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
