Ginger Tea for Weight Loss

Ingredients

  • 12 inches Fresh Ginger Root, peeled and sliced or grated
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ginger: Peel and slice or grate a piece of fresh ginger root (1-2 inches).
  2. Boil Water: Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil in a small pot.
  3. Add Ginger to Water: Add the sliced or grated ginger to the boiling water and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Strain Your Tea: Strain out ginger pieces using a fine mesh strainer.
  5. Add Optional Ingredients: Stir in honey and lemon juice if desired.
  6. Taste and Adjust: Adjust the sweetness or acidity based on your preference.
  7. Enjoy Warm: Serve the tea hot and savor its aroma.

Notes

Drink 2-3 cups daily for best weight loss benefits. Can be prepared in batches and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
