Honey and Olive Oil Mix

A simple blend of raw honey and extra-virgin olive oil, often used as a morning tonic or light dressing, believed to support digestion and curb cravings.

Ingredients

  • 12 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 12 teaspoons raw honey
  • 12 tablespoons warm water (optional)
  • a few drops of fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure your ingredients. Combine 1 teaspoon of extra-virgin olive oil with 1 teaspoon of raw honey in a small bowl or jar.
  2. Warm gently if desired by placing the jar in a cup of warm water for 30–60 seconds.
  3. Stir or shake vigorously for 15–30 seconds until the mixture is glossy and mostly combined.
  4. If drinking, stir in warm water and lemon juice if desired, tasting to adjust the dilution.
  5. Serve immediately and sip slowly, or use for drizzling on salads or yogurt.
  6. Store any leftovers in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for 5–7 days, warming slightly before use.

Notes

This mix can help with weight loss and is best used in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
