  • 1/2 cup water or fruit juice (sugar-free for low calorie)
  • Sweetener (optional, such as honey or stevia)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: gelatin, water or juice, and any optional sweeteners.
  2. In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in a half cup of warm water or juice, stirring until fully dissolved (approximately 2-3 minutes).
  3. If desired, stir in any sweeteners or additional flavorings.
  4. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
  5. Place the trays in the freezer and allow to set for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
  6. Once frozen, pop out the gelatin cubes and enjoy.
  7. Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
