Jello Diet Recipe

A fun and delicious way to shed extra pounds with a refreshing sugar-free gelatin treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet sugar-free gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Optional add-ins: fresh fruit, low-calorie yogurt, or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan until it reaches a rolling boil.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in one packet of sugar-free gelatin, mixing until fully dissolved (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Allow the mixture to cool for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add 1 cup of cold water and stir thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into small cups or molds.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
  7. Remove from fridge, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to use sugar-free gelatin and refrigerate for at least 4 hours for the best results.
