Jello Jigglers

A fun and low-calorie snack that adds a colorful twist to your weight loss journey.

Ingredients

  • 1 package flavored gelatin mix (sugar-free for less sweetness)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Fruits (optional, such as fresh berries or diced fruits)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: flavored gelatin mix, water, and optional fruits.
  2. Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot over medium heat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the flavored gelatin mix until fully dissolved (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. If desired, gently fold in diced fruits.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Enjoy!

Notes

Jello Jigglers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
