Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Korean pink salt, warm water, lemon juice, honey, and ginger if desired.
  2. Heat about 1 cup of water in a small pot over low heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Korean pink salt to the warm water and stir until dissolved.
  4. Squeeze half a lemon into the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. If desired, add a teaspoon of honey and stir until dissolved.
