Lemon Gelatin Tonic

A refreshing drink combining lemon juice and gelatin, designed to aid in weight loss and provide a nutritious boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1 large fresh lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup water
  • Optional sweetener (honey or stevia)

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: unflavored gelatin, fresh lemons, water, and sweetener.
  2. Warm water in a pot over medium heat until just boiling, then remove from heat.
  3. Sprinkle in gelatin while whisking continuously until completely dissolved.
  4. Add lemon juice to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a jar or container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until it sets.
  6. Once set, scoop out a portion or pour into a glass and enjoy, chilled or warmed.
  7. Garnish with a slice of lemon or mint leaf, if desired.

Notes

For optimal weight loss, consume before meals to help control appetite. Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
