Lemon Infused Water

A refreshing and invigorating drink that combines the zesty brightness of lemons with the essence of water, perfect for hydration and weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Lemons
  • 8 cups Water
  • Mint (optional)
  • Cucumber (optional)

Instructions

  1. Select fresh lemons and choose firm ones with smooth skin.
  2. Wash and slice the lemons thinly.
  3. Prepare a pitcher or large glass for infusing.
  4. Add the lemon slices to the container, along with mint or cucumber if desired.
  5. Fill the container with filtered water, adjusting temperature as preferred.
  6. Let the mixture infuse for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the fridge.
  7. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint or additional lemon slices if desired.

Notes

For optimal results, consume in the morning on an empty stomach and aim for at least two servings daily.
