  • 2 tea bags (or 2 teaspoons loose herbal tea)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger (or ¼ teaspoon ginger powder)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Assemble your ingredients including Manuka honey, herbal tea, cinnamon, ginger, and lemon juice.
  2. Boil Water: Boil 2 cups of water in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Infuse Tea: Remove from heat and add the tea bags or loose tea. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add Flavors: Stir in the cinnamon and ginger, allowing to steep for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  5. Strain & Sweeten: Strain the tea into a cup and mix in the Manuka honey while warm.
  6. Add Lemon: Stir in a few drops of fresh lemon juice for added flavor.

Notes
