  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: Collect your Manuka honey, lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon, and warm water.
  2. Prepare warm water: Heat a cup of water until it’s warm but not boiling.
  3. Mix in Manuka honey: Add one tablespoon of Manuka honey to the warm water, stirring gently until dissolved.
  4. Incorporate lemon juice: Squeeze in half a lemon.
  5. Add ginger: Grate a small piece of fresh ginger and add it into the mixture, letting it infuse for about 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon: Add a pinch of cinnamon.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.

Notes

For best results, consume first thing in the morning or 30 minutes before meals. Always use warm, not boiling water, to preserve the honey’s properties.
