Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and choose a bowl that can comfortably hold your mixture.
  2. Bloom the Gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the Milk: In a saucepan, gently heat the remaining milk over medium heat without boiling.
  4. Dissolve Gelatin: Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm milk, stirring continuously until dissolved and smooth.
  5. Add Flavoring: Remove from heat and stir in the sweetener and vanilla extract; adjust sweetness to taste.
  6. Chill: Pour the mixture into molds or glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  7. Serve: Once set, remove from the refrigerator and enjoy as is or with fruit toppings.
