Morning Detox Drink

Start your day with a refreshing morning detox drink made from warm water and fresh lemon juice, perfect for hydration and metabolism support.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water until hot but not boiling.
  2. Squeeze half a fresh lemon and grate about 1 teaspoon of ginger.
  3. In a large cup, combine the lemon juice and grated ginger.
  4. Pour the hot water into the cup and stir well.
  5. Add honey if desired and stir until dissolved.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves.
  7. Sip slowly and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, drink on an empty stomach 20-30 minutes before breakfast. Adjust ingredient quantities to taste.
