Orange Jello

A delicious and simple low-calorie dessert that can support weight loss efforts.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 ounces) of orange gelatin powder
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • Sugar or sweetener to taste (optional)
  • Fresh orange juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a mixing bowl, pour the boiling water over the gelatin powder and stir until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).
  3. If using, add fresh orange juice to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour in the cold water and stir again.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a mold or dish of your choice.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  7. Slice or scoop portions and enjoy your refreshing citrus treat!

Notes

Add a splash of lemon juice and mint leaves for a refreshing detox drink. Use sugar-free gelatin for an even lower-calorie option.
