  • 1 cup Fruit Juice (100% juice recommended)
  • 23 tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup (or Stevia for low-calorie option)
  • 1/2 cup Water (or Coconut Water for added electrolytes)
  • Optional: Flavor enhancers like lemon or lime zest

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Measure out fruit juice, gelatin, and sweetener.
  2. Bloom Gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the Mixture: In a saucepan, combine remaining fruit juice and sweetener. Warm over low heat.
  4. Combine: Add bloomed gelatin to the warm juice mixture and stir until dissolved (2-3 minutes).
  5. Mold: Pour mixture into silicone gummy molds.
  6. Refrigerate: Place molds in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Pop Out & Enjoy: Once set, pop gummies out and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
