  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, drained corn, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Top with breadcrumbs for added texture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
  7. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes
